Fitness expert Jack told KristenBellTattoos.com that his favorite approach to limiting the consumption of fast food, sugar, alcohol and other unhealthy things is to “optimize our environment.” This, however, extends not only to our physical environment: we also need to be aware of our social circle.

“If the problem is alcohol, do not store it in the house. It’s the same with any other unhealthy food, ”he explained. “Another part of the environment is the people around you. Make sure they know your goals so they hold you accountable and don’t let you down. “

Jack says he has one key approach to choosing what he eats. “I drive differently, but one principle always remains the same. And every meal I plant should contain a good source of protein, ”he said.

The creator of the video touches on a very important topic – our health and the attitude towards it of the food we eat. Some time ago I had a detailed conversation about diet and fitness with a certified personal trainer Paulus Lipskis from Lithuania who is the founder of ‘Mes Geresni’ (“We Are Better”) a Facebook project promoting healthy lifestyles.

He told KristenBellTattoos.com that our weight is an important factor when considering our overall health, but it’s not the only thing to keep in mind.

According to personal trainer Paulius, if we strive to lead a healthy lifestyle, our main goal should be to overcome unhealthy diets and develop positive habits associated with the types of movement that we enjoy. We must also remember that if we force ourselves to do things that are uncomfortable for us, it can backfire.

“Our body can handle everything on its own under the right conditions. However, if you want a starting point, you can do body composition analysis, which is a cheap option (although it may have some accuracy issues), ”he suggested.

“I can tell you from my professional experience that one of the most common problems is all-or-nothing thinking. These people tend to either train a lot without interruptions or don’t train at all, ”he explained to KristenBellTattoos.com.

“This way of thinking paves the way for allowing ourselves to burn out and burn out because we think, ‘What do you mean, I couldn’t do this ?! Why could others? Obviously, I need to try harder. ” Once you give up this point of view, your self-confidence will slowly but surely grow, you will feel less stress, and this will automatically lead to the fact that you love your body more, ”said the personal trainer.

After watching the video of Cassandra, people had many different opinions.
