The country star took to Twitter to share the exciting news of the birth of his son with wife Nicole over the weekend.
It is clear that he was delighted with his arrival.
He wrote: “Well he figured Father’s Day would be a good time to show up. I couldn’t help but agree. Me and Nicole are totally in love with this little guy.”
Combs added: “Mom and baby are healthy and now my family and I are back home. Life is good.”
And while most fans were in awe of the star, some berated their child’s name.
One twitter user wrote: “I’m enjoying Luke Combs’ song over and over again, but after seeing just now that his new baby has been named ‘Tex Lawrence’, I’m pissed because you’re asking for your baby to be bullied!!!!”
