Earlier this year, Joe’s former Abbey charged him with methamphetamine and cocaine abuse and domestic violence.

Although she has demanded full custody of their two daughters, court orders still allow Joe to see the children, which she allegedly ignored recently.

In a new legal document, Joe argued that he was supposed to give birth to twins at Christmas, but Abby never brought them. TMZ

He said he hadn’t seen the girls for 10 days.

Abby disappeared with the twins, Joe said in the documents, and he hasn’t been able to find them for nearly two weeks.

She is also accused of domestic violence, in connection with which the officials allegedly were able to hand her documents, since she was absent at the indicated address for more than six months.

Joe submitted in documents that the authorities were unable to locate her and that she was living with another man while away from the said house.

It is reported that Abby will be charged with kidnapping.

It is also reported that an Amber warning will be issued for the trio.

The latest family troubles come after Abby accused Joe of drug abuse and physical abuse earlier this year.

Abby was granted emergency custody of their twin girls on June 7, according to court documents obtained exclusively from KristenBellTattoos.com.

Abby, considered Joe’s common-law wife in Mexico, also received a temporary restraining order from a friend of the Kardashian family for her and their seven-year-old daughters.

In the documents, Abby claims in 2017, Joe “began using drugs, including methamphetamines, cocaine and pain relievers,” and this alleged substance abuse led to violent outbreaks.

The court documents, which were translated from Spanish into English, said: “It was then that she first became the object of regular, prolonged aggression and insults.”

“He yelled at her regularly and they got into constant fights.”

According to Mexican court documents obtained by KristenBellTattoos.com, the founder of Girls Gone Wild was arrested and charged with domestic violence and willful personal injury following an incident at his home in Punta Mita on August 1, 2020.

According to court documents, she sustained injuries that took more than two weeks to heal and required special medical attention.

In photographs obtained exclusively from KristenBellTattoos.com, Joe’s hands were handcuffed as he sat in the back of a police pickup truck.

The 48-year-old man’s complexion appeared rosy, with veins prominent on his forehead as he sat surrounded by officers.

Joe was detained under a so-called preventive detention on August 13 of the same year, and he was released on September 8 after the victim allegedly “issued her a pardon.”

The charges were dropped on the condition that Joe undergoes six months of psychological therapy, which law enforcement officials said he went through.

Joe said he was supposed to invite the girls to Christmas, but Abby never showed up with them.
