Bam Margiera allegedly attacked a woman in his hotel room while he was on cocaine last month and was forced to go on rehabilitation.
Page Six received a 911 call to the Penilas County Sheriff’s Office.
“They’re doing cocaine in the room,” the caller said. The caller, who was there to “pick up the order”, then says, “He attacked her, grabbed her breast, and said he thought she did.” His implant was torn. ”
He added that there were two women in the room, Margiera, a prostitute, and a woman whom he called Margiera’s alleged “mind maker.” The caller described the alleged victim as a white woman in her 50s or 60s. He said Margiera was intoxicated and noted the history of her mental health problems.
A Mergera correspondent denied the allegations on page six.
“Initial reports of Bam Margiera’s arrest were fairly accurate. The 911 call is obvious and completely false. Bam was with his aunt in a hotel room. She is a 65-year-old woman who is clean,” the statement claimed. Bam was taken back for rehabilitation and no charges were filed against him, indicating that the person making the claim made a false statement to police.
The correspondent says he is investigating the allegations and is considering further action.
