Lt. Derrick Alfred said Jaystash, whose real name is Justin Joseph, and Gallegos have been living together in Temple City, California for the past few months.

The couple argued about their relationship in the early morning of January 1, when Justash reportedly took Gallegos to the master bedroom and locked the door, Alfred said.

The lieutenant told The Sun that Gallegos’ children, three boys aged 7, 9 and 11, periodically knocked on the door to make sure their mom was okay.

At about 7 am, Alfred said that the children had heard shots and called his grandmother, who advised them to call the police.

“This is a very tragic situation,” said Mr. Alfred. Associated Press

He said he didn’t know if the 911 call came before or after Gallegos was shot.

When the sheriff’s office arrived, the boys ran out of the house to the aides.

When the MPs entered the house, Mr. Alfred said that they broke into the locked master bedroom and found Gallegos and Justash dead.

Justash, 28, and Gallegos, 27, were publicly identified as dead on Monday.

According to Mr. Alfred, the boys not associated with Justash have not been harmed and are in the care of their father.

According to Mr. Alfred, the note was not found, but it is assumed that the MPs had visited the house once before.

He said the call was related to a possible situation of domestic violence, but the deputies left without making any arrests.

‘Tragic situation’

Investigators waited for the autopsy and forensic results, including ballistic test information, to confirm what was happening inside the house.

Aside from the alleged controversy, Mr Alfred had no further details on what led to the shooting.

He said MPs were once summoned to a Temple City home to report domestic violence, but no arrests were made.

Although few details have been released about Gallegos’ life, J $ tash was known as a promising rapper in the entertainment industry.

When news of his death spread on social media, rapper SpotemGottem wrote, “Silently wishing it was a dream, damn it J.”

“This crazy incident at J $ tash Rip to the mother of three poor children,” wrote one person.
