Meghan Markle’s fans have criticized the televised interview with the royal biographer, calling it “disturbing”.
British writer Tom Bauer has appeared on a British TV programme. Lorraine promote your book Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors.
The writer said the relationship between the Sussexes and the royals was “poisonous” after the couple’s high-profile interview with Oprah Winfrey.
“I think it’s very toxic,” he said.
“I think they are doing everything they can, the Windsors, Prince Charles, the Queen, to keep calm, but this is not possible.
“Especially with the release of Harry’s memoirs.
“But ever since Meghan left the UK and did an Oprah Winfrey interview, it’s been really toxic.”

During an interview with Oprah last year, Harry and Meghan said the Monarchy member was concerned about their son Archie’s skin color.
The Sussexes were also upset that Archie was not given the title of prince and was also “financially cut off” after they moved to the States.
Bauer told the program that the famous interview inspired him to write the book, especially about the former Suits actress, calling her “shameful”.
“I didn’t really think about Meghan, other than interest, until the Oprah Winfrey interview. That’s what caused it,” he said.
“I thought it was just such a shame. I thought she was behaving so badly, and Harry too.
“I wanted to know why and what happened before. What was her life? Who brought her to this interview where she said so many things that were just not true and so hurtful.”
Viewers were furious at Bauer’s comments and demanded that he be “removed” from the show.
On Twitter, one user wrote: “This is such an alarming watch, remove it from #lorraine.”
Another complained: “Tom Bauer admitted that he only spoke to people who didn’t like Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, so it’s quite unusual that TV presenters took this as an objective look at what happened #Lorraine #Revenge.”
A third added: “I’m doing my best to balance it out…”. What a pile of rubbish…#Lorraine.”
A fourth person claimed: “#lorraine People are just making up nonsense about #MeghanMarkle to cash in on her name.
“It’s just ridiculous, all these biographers making money bullying this woman, wondering if it was Kate Middleton, we would constantly glorify a book attacking a woman. @GBM.
Even though it became a bestseller, Revenge drew criticism from fans of Harry and Meghan, who pointed out several inaccuracies.
The book was criticized on social media as being unfairly biased due to interviews with sources who were highly critical of the couple.
“Well, it’s not biased in the sense that I do my best to balance it out,” Bauer said.
“Megan has a lot of good things. She is ambitious. She’s beautiful. She is determined… and in the end, she managed to get the man who created her, whom she has been looking for all this time.
“But on the other hand, there were a lot of victims along the way, and I think the victims are obviously the people I’m looking for, because she did everything she could to prevent her friends and the people she worked with from talking to to me.
“So obviously I had to work hard to get the balance right, but I think it’s a balanced book.
“I think it’s fair. The reader will decide for himself whether [Meghan] is it good or bad”.
