Olivia Wilde slams Jason Sudeikis’ ‘outrageous’ public act

Olivia Wilde believes former partner Jason Sudeikis tried to aggressively embarrass and “threaten” her when she was publicly served legal documents during a panel in April.

Wilde claims Sudeikis used “outrageous legal tactics,” according to new court documents obtained by Daily mail.

“Jason’s actions were clearly designed to intimidate and take me by surprise,” Wilde, 38, said in a statement. Page six reports. “He could have served me discreetly, but instead chose to serve me in the most aggressive way.”

Wilde also alleged that Sudeikis, 46, deliberately tried to make his private affairs public in a way that was unfair to their two children, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5.

“The fact that Jason embarrassed me professionally and thus put our personal conflict on public display is extremely contrary to the interests of our children,” Wilde said. “Because Jason made it clear that we couldn’t work this out for our children outside of the court system, I filed for custody in Los Angeles.”

He added that he did not want to take legal action against Wilde, but was worried that she would take the children away from him after she allegedly told him that she would only allow him to see the children on weekends and holidays unless he lived permanently in Los Angeles, and that she also allegedly had plans to move to London, where her boyfriend Harry Styles lives.

Sudeikis also argued that legal documents should have been served on Wilde at the airport or at her hotel. But after several failed attempts, she was discovered at the event thanks to a tweet in which the process server gave her a confidential envelope.

“I understand that the process server has only done its job; however, I deeply regret what happened. Olivia’s performance was an important milestone for Olivia both professionally and personally, and I’m very, very sorry that this incident marred her special moment,” Sudeikis said.

Wilde has been dating Styles since January 2021. Meanwhile, Sudeikis was romantically involved with model Keely Hazell.
