She was standing in a big heart made of sticks on the beach with one leg up and her hands on her heart.
The 50-year-old girl wore a yellow bikini top with a white bottom.
From above they put on a yellow cape with a fringe and silver around the neck.
She completed the look with sunglasses and a gold bracelet.
Teresa went barefoot and chose to leave her hair loose and wavy.
“Heart is filled with so much Love, #my love, #best birthday, #amazing friends,” the RHONJ star captioned the photo.
The background behind her was filled with sand and waves and a bright blue sky.
BIRTHDAY BASH
Teresa and her fiancé Luis Ruelas flew to Mexico this weekend to celebrate their birthday.
To celebrate her big birthday, which was actually May 18, the reality TV star sent balloons to her hotel room, hung out with friends in Mexico, and showed off her body on the beach.
Her fiancé arranged for a private jet to take them back and forth, and she posted photos of her making out with him as well as having dinner on the roof of the house.
The trip was mostly in Tulum with her friends, fiancé and daughter-in-law.
“Being 50 and being full of bliss. Best birthday ever thank you,” Teresa captioned one photo with her balloons and thanked her fiancé.
FLIGHT HIGH
The party started long before the couple, their friends and family made it to Mexico.
Luis rented a private jet that was filled with star and crown shaped balloons and champagne.
On one of the balloons in front was written: “Happy Birthday Teresa!” while another stated: “Queen of HBD”.
Inside the plane, the couple ate from large fruits and cheese salads.
They were all drinking from glasses of champagne when the Bravo star wrote: “Hurrah!” on her Instagram story.
BIRTHDAY HOLIDAYS
For her real birthday, Teresa threw a party at her $3 million mansion in Garden State.
The birthday dinner was held in her stunning kitchen, which was adorned with several flower bouquets as centerpieces, candles and flower petals.
Party guests could enjoy numerous bottles of Danos tequila and martini glasses.
Teresa wore a salmon-colored dress that hugged her curves and styled her long dark hair in loose waves.
The birthday girl posed next to her elegant three-tiered cake.
The TV presenter recently moved into her mega-mansion in Montville with Luis.
They bought the house in February 2021, about a few months into their relationship.
MARRY
Even though the couple spent tons of money on her birthday trip, the couple still has to plan and pay for the wedding.
Teresa recently spoke to Page six about her upcoming wedding.
“The wedding plans are going amazing. Luis is connected to me and I love it. We do it together, so it’s not just about me,” she said.
The RHONJ star said that this wedding will be different from her first in the sense that her fiancé is involved in the planning this time around.
However, the wedding date has not been announced.
Teresa and her Mexican team headed home on Tuesday after filming themselves boarding a plane.
