Rudy Giuliani said his “evidence” of voter fraud in the 2020 election was from social media – and none of it was backed up by receipts.
Giuliani testified in a statement on August 14 in connection with a defamation suit filed by Eric Koomer, a former employee of the Dominion voting system.
“I get those social media posts. [sic] It’s all the same to me, “said Giuliani. Right now, I can’t remember anything else I kept an eye on. “
In January, Giuliani issued a statement to the New York Times stating that he was considering filing a counter suit.

“Dominion’s 1. 1.3 billion defamation suit will allow me to fully and thoroughly investigate their history, finances and practices,” Giuliani said.
“The money that is being demanded is, of course, intended to intimidate the weak-hearted. Another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left is to end the practice of free speech and “Lawyers will fully defend their clients. Thus, we will investigate counter-suits against them for violating these constitutional rights.”
