Sebastian Stan’s comments about MCU’s Thunderbolts sound ominous

Many Marvel fans already know that in the comics, the Thunderbolts were created by Baron Zemo as a way to exploit the apparent death of the Avengers after the 1996 Onslaught event (via Marvel Database). This new team was actually the Masters of Evil in disguise, though many members eventually decided to try their hand at genuine heroism.

However, the line-up for the live performances is slightly different as they are assembled by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine and not by Helmut Zemo (Daniel Brühl). The team consists of Bucky Barnes, Elena Belova (Florence Pugh), Red Guardian (David Harbor), Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), US Agent (Wyatt Russell) and Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko). But when talking to ExtraTVStan teased that the movie itself will answer who the real villain is on the team, versus anti-heroes who aren’t afraid to push boundaries.

He explained, “Well, again, maybe the movie will answer that, right? It’s always interesting when you, as a viewer, have to decide whether we’re villains or heroes.” The star noted that this is what makes the film so unique, adding, “But I think that’s what’s appealing about the film: it’s very unconventional. assume.”

It is clear that there are a couple of apples in the ranks of this morally ambiguous squad.
