Just hours after it was announced that Anne Heche had died from her injuries, a woman who had lost her home in an accident spoke up.
Lynn Michelle not only lost her home and property in a plane crash, she survived.
And now Michele has spoken out following the recent announcement of Heche’s passing.
The actress was seriously injured after hitting a building, and reports almost immediately said she was “fighting for her life.”
Ann has since been declared brain dead and the difficult decision has been made to take her life support off.

Heche, 53, was rushed to the hospital in “critical condition” following a car crash on August 5…
According to sky newsthe actress was “driving at speed down a Los Angeles street” before crashing into a house.
The Los Angeles Fire Department noted that the accident “started a massive fire” that left burnt actress…
This requires “surgical intervention”.
In the video, filmed immediately after the brutal accident, the actress’s behavior was rather erratic. TMZ.
Apparently, shortly after she passed out, Heche “behaved erratically”.
Sources told the media that “law enforcement was able to get a warrant.”
So that according to the sample of her blood, officials could determine whether “the actress was intoxicated.”
And that is not all…
According to reports, police believe that Heche was indeed “under the influence of drugs or alcohol”.
Heche made “at least 2 runs” before driving through the house…
When her car was set on fire and she received “serious injuries”.
This was announced by the representative of the actress. TMZ at the time, Heche was “fighting for her life” in the hospital…
As well as being in critical condition with “lung injuries”, in which she needed “artificial ventilation”.
“Shortly after the accident, Anne Heche lost consciousness, fell into a coma and is in critical condition. She has serious lung damage requiring mechanical ventilation, and burns requiring surgical intervention, ”concluded the rep.
Heche spent a week in a coma due to serious injuries.
The representative said PEOPLE that “she is in a coma and did not regain consciousness shortly after the accident.”
After the incident, investigators called the case a “criminal offense.”

In the Friday edition of Heche’s Better Together podcast, she appears to “slur the words” when she and co-host Heather Duffy tell the “audience that they’re drinking vodka with the Wine Hunters.”
Like “the distillery that sponsored one of their shows gave them free alcohol.”
However, it is not clear if the podcast was filmed on the Friday when the accident occurred.
“Doctor. Ram said we should drink vodka instead of wine,” Duffy said, with Heche adding, “we’ve listened and we’re drinking it.”
And this is the next revelation fans are talking about after the actress revealed she was having a ‘bad day’.
“I don’t know what happened, sometimes days just suck and I don’t know if you ever had them. [but] some days, those bad, really bad days, and some days just end like that.
“Sometimes the days just suck, and I don’t know if you ever have them, but you know some days, Mom says, will be just that. There are not very good days, very bad days,” Heche said.
“And I don’t know why some days end like this, and it doesn’t shake me like that,” the actress continued.
Heche later recounted how she “had a tough week” and explained “how people interrupted her meditation in her apartment”.
Does this mean Heche really had a bad day on Friday? Well, we’re definitely not…
Prior to the accident, the actress was seen “rushing down an alleyway and nearly hit a pedestrian while walking on a sidewalk in the Mar Vista area.”

TMZ reports that Heche “may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol”.

The Heche family later reported that she was declared brain dead due to the severity of her injuries.
An announcement that she would be taken off life support.
It was announced that she would remain on a ventilator so that doctors could test her organs to make sure they could be donated before they took her life support off.
Heche was reported to have suffered “severe anoxic brain injury” due to the accident, according to a statement from her family.
This means that her brain experienced oxygen starvation for a long time.
A spokesperson for her family said: “We want to thank everyone for the well wishes and prayers for Ann’s recovery, and to thank the dedicated staff and wonderful nurses who cared for Ann at the Grossman Burn Center at West Hills Hospital.”
“Unfortunately, Anne Heche suffered a severe hypoxic brain injury due to an accident and remains in a critical condition in a coma. She is not expected to survive.”
The statement continued, “Anna had a huge heart and touched everyone she met with her generous spirit.
“More than her extraordinary talent, she considered spreading kindness and joy her life’s work — especially moving the needle to accept the one you love. She will be remembered for her courageous honesty and we will miss her light sorely.”
Heche’s rep then revealed even more details after it was revealed that the actress was not supposed to survive…
The representative explained that Donnie Brasco the actress has long decided to become an organ donor and, according to reportswill live until the check is done.
“She has long decided to donate her organs and is being kept on life support to determine if they are viable,” the statement said.
Authorities are still collecting evidence of the disaster…
And it was expected that the case would be transferred to the prosecutor’s office after the completion of the investigation.
However, the actress has already passed away, as confirmed by family and friends.
This was announced by the representative of Anna’s family. TMZ: “We have lost a bright light, a kind and most joyful soul, a loving mother and a true friend. Ann will be greatly missed, but she lives off her beautiful sons, her iconic work, and her passionate advocacy. Her courage to always stand up for her truth while spreading her message of love and acceptance will continue to have a lasting impact.”
Before her death was announced, the actress was reportedly in “legal trouble” after the LAPD took over the investigation into the incident.
According to TMZpolice said they were “looking at the incident as a potential felony investigation because the woman in the house, Lynn Michele, was injured.”
Lynn Bernstein, Michele’s neighbor, said PEOPLE the tenant was “extremely lucky to have survived the crash”.
She went on to add “that she was in shock even before she spotted the car when she saw him and two other neighbors in her house trying to help everyone get out safely.”
Michela miraculously managed to escape with her two dogs and a pet turtle from the rubble.
But everything else was destroyed.
According to Bernstein, the car drove completely into the house.
Los Angeles Fire Department said that the damage was severe and caused a massive fire in the one-story house.
The fire department even marked the house with a red flag, which means that the building is not safe to live in in its current state.
Although she managed to survive the wreckage, firefighters wrote: “[Mishele] lost a lifetime of possessions, souvenirs, all the equipment for her business, including her laptop and iPad, all her clothes and essentials, and all household items.”

But it seems that despite having her life completely uprooted, Michelle is more distraught by the recent news of Heche’s passing.
She recently took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message with the Heche family.
In a video posted Friday, she spoke of the “crushing” loss.
“Hi, this is Lynn Michele.” she is began. “The news of Anne Heche’s passing is devastating. Her family, her friends and especially her children have really just suffered a great loss.”
She continued, sharing her love for the Heche family, “My heart goes out to them. This whole situation is tragic and really just no words. I send love to all the members.”
