Tzipora Malkah: Former Model Kate Fisher Found Guilty of Violating Judgment

The former model and ex-fiancee of billionaire James Packer found out about her fate after she posted abusive messages on social media.

Former model Kate Fisher has been found guilty of violating a court order after she posted swear words about a man online.

Ms Fisher, who legally changed her name to Tzipora Malkah after converting to Judaism, was on Tuesday exempted from appearing in Sutherland’s local court to decide her two-and-a-half-year struggle.

The 48-year-old ex-fiancee of billionaire James Packer was found guilty of violating a court order.

Malke was banned from posting any information about the man online or on social media.

The court heard that the former Vogue cover girl posted a number of social media posts calling him a “jerk”, “fucking brains” and “fucking dick”.

After being alerted by a friend, the man took screenshots of the posts and took them to the police to file a complaint.

He told police that Malka used three different social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook to post a heavily edited photo of the statement she gave to police.

The court heard the ex-actress, who starred in the film with Elle MacPherson and Portia de Rossi. Sirens, was topless when a police officer came to her apartment in Elizabeth Bay to discuss the matter.

Despite the fact that the officer asked her to wear a T-shirt, the court heard that the former It-girl refused and continued to film the police officer on her cell phone. The court learned that the footage was then uploaded to one of the same social media accounts that Malka used to post.

Judge Jennifer Atkinson said it was clear that Malka had access to social media accounts despite her claims that her friends and guests could post.

“I believe the act of posting and reposting a statement with comments is consistent with the act of someone who knew what they were doing,” she said.

“It is highly unlikely that anyone other than the defendant would have done anything to do with publishing, deleting and republishing a piece of paper statement.”

Although Magistrate Atkinson admitted that there was no direct evidence that Malka insisted on publishing the posts, she found Malka guilty of violating a court order.

James Packer’s ex-fiancee will return to Sutherland Court on July 14 for sentencing.

Malka is the eldest daughter of former Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention Minister Prue Howard. She rose to fame at the age of 13 when she appeared on the cover of Dolly magazine, which pushed her into modeling.

Malka was a 90s Australian IT girl who appeared on the cover of Vogue and starred in blockbusters alongside stars such as Hugh Grant. She made regular tabloid appearances during her high-profile relationship with billionaire James Packer, to whom she was engaged for two years.

She disappeared from public view after I’m a celebrity, get me out of herebut has since announced that it launched an OnlyFans account with subscriber-only content.
